設(shè)備特點(diǎn)
a）進(jìn)料螺旋部分采用液壓自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)，自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償蒸煮器不同溫度下其熱膨脹量不同而產(chǎn)生的進(jìn)料螺旋頭部高度的變化。
b）主軸與磨室體之間的密封采用先進(jìn)的機(jī)械密封結(jié)構(gòu)。工作時(shí)，它與主軸不產(chǎn)生磨擦，機(jī)械密封內(nèi)高壓密封水用水量少，噴放纖維含水率低，降低了干燥機(jī)能耗。
c）主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)圓盤(pán)采用單方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，操作簡(jiǎn)便。
d）蒸煮器木片料位采用r射線檢測(cè)，不但能準(zhǔn)確地顯示木片料位變化，而且也能控制進(jìn)料螺旋進(jìn)料量多少，以滿足工藝對(duì)木片預(yù)熱時(shí)間的要求。
e）運(yùn)輸螺旋與帶式螺旋之間以補(bǔ)償節(jié)連接，可以消除主機(jī)與蒸煮器之間由于熱變形而產(chǎn)生的影響。
f）采用帶式螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)可以將進(jìn)入磨盤(pán)之間的木片與蒸汽分離開(kāi)來(lái)。減少了磨削時(shí)蒸汽對(duì)進(jìn)料的影響。

d) The wood chip level of the digester is detected by X-ray, which not only accurately displays the changes in wood chip level, but also controls the amount of spiral feeding to meet the process requirements for wood chip preheating time.
e) The compensation section connection between the transport screw and the belt screw can eliminate the impact caused by thermal deformation between the main machine and the digester.
f) The use of a belt spiral structure can separate the wood chips entering between the grinding discs from the steam. Reduced the impact of steam on feed during grinding.
